I saw a truck on the lot and walked in to ask if he had a different model truck. Matt, the owner took me behind the store to show me what he just got in. The first thing out of his mouth was “there is a tire monitoring light on and I don’t know why and this tire is a little worn right here, which may be causing the light”…. I have NEVER been told by a car salesman about ANY defect on a vehicle they were trying to sell, EVER! That immediately put me at ease and he immediately gained my trust. So, after a test drive I bought the vehicle, at what I believe, to be under market. It was quick, easy, and most of all - PAINLESS!! Absolutely NO PRESSURE whatsoever.
